In addition to the loyalty of our clients, MACRO also recognizes our employees as an integral component of our long-term success.  Each person who works for MACRO contributes their unique talents and expertise to help MACRO clients achieve their financial goals.  Our generous staff-to-planner ratio enables us to dedicate significant amounts of employee resources to conducting valuable research on market trends and various products and strategies that will benefit our clients.

Led by the firm's Senior Partner, Mark Cortazzo, and Partner, Nicholas Spagnoletti Jr., the team at MACRO includes three Staff Planners, four Client Relationship Managers and a number of support personnel.  Collectively, the staff consists of  four MBAs and one CPA.
