Led by the firm's Senior Partner, Mark Cortazzo, and Partners, Nicholas Spagnoletti Jr. and Jay LaMalfa, all of whom are CFP® professionals,  the team at MACRO consists of another CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Thomas Moyer,  7 Licensed Client Service Professionals, 7 Master's degrees on staff, 2 Chartered Financial Analysts and dedicated client relationship managers and planning professionals for each client.
